“Following a motorcycle accident in 2008, I went to my former chiropractor (whom I no longer see!) for back pain and he wanted to adjust my spine. I wanted a second opinion and consulted with Hinde Chiropractic, who recognized my symptoms as an impending spinal cord injury, and refused to give me a manipulation. Instead he insisted I get an MRI the next day, which confirmed his diagnosis, and I had immediate spinal fusion surgery at C7/T1, which prevented possible quadriplegia. How lucky for me that I got a second opinion from such a competent professional!
Post-surgically, they performed treatments and manipulations that removed adhesions and completely restored my neck to a pain-free and fully functional state. “I have suffered from a work related injury for many years. Workman’s Comp used to pay the bill for therapy and medication. Since I am a phone man and have climbed numerous telephone poles and looked up at the phone lines for so many years my neck and body has a lot of problems.
Getting the help I need has been more and more difficult. Worker’s Comp has stopped approving therapy or made it so difficult to get the treatment I need but they pay for pain medication which masks the problem. I believe many people like me have become disenfranchised with the entire process. Doctors and patients alike do not want to deal with the procedure and it is becoming a major problem.

“It was a roller hockey accident that brought me to Hinde Chiropractic Center. A mutual friend recommended them, saying that they specialized in sports related injuries.
After just a few visits, I was back on my skates…until another collision brought me limping back. A couple of visits with the cold laser led me to believe that Jazzercise was a better athletic fit for me. One roundhouse kick too many, and here I was again, seeking relief for a back that couldn’t keep up with my energy level. Yet another rapid recovery ensued as I followed their advice.
A few months later, I was carrying two toddlers in my arms when I felt something “give” in my back. The result was an emergency visit to Hinde Chiropractic Center where the therapy brought me to tears. “Just over a year ago I was in a rough car accident on Hwy 85. As a result, I had terrible whiplash and muscle spasms throughout my shoulders and back. I went to therapy a few times but unfortunately some of the exercises I was given increased the pain, particularly in my neck. A friend of mine recommended Hinde Chiropractic Center and many other friends had recommended chiropractic care for their injuries. I regretted not calling them first.
When I first walked into the office a few weeks after my accident, I felt cared for right away. They were interested to see photographs of my car after the accident so that they could assess the kind of impact I was involved in. They noted all my symptoms during a complete exam and evaluation. They took x-rays and thoroughly explained the severity of the impact to my neck and spine, which they found to be out of alignment. They even walked out to my new car in the parking lot to help me properly adjust the driver’s seat so my posture was correct while driving and to help alleviate pain!
We began a treatment plan right away. The adjustments and other treatment not only brought relief, but also corrected my neck and spine over time while the exercises that I was given to do supported the adjustments and strengthened my muscles. After about 9 months of treatment (and towards the last few months I only went once a month) I felt back to normal.

“When I was 6 months old my pediatrician wanted to put me under to have an MRI. I couldn’t bring both arms to midline and I couldn’t raise my arm over my head. I could only hold a toy in one of my hands at a time. My doctor thought I had a neurological disorder. My mom didn’t want me to be put under so she brought me to see Hinde Chiropractic Center.
After one adjustment, I was able to bring both my hands to midline and raise my hands over my head. After three adjustments, I went back to see my medical doctor and he said I looked like a baby that never had a problem!”
