What To Expect

Here’s an outline of our procedures for new patients
Step One: Before your consultation, you will be given a questionnaire to fill out. This will provide information which we help the doctor better understand your history, your current health and your goals. We prefer that this is done in the office as we want to be available to clarify any questions you may have.
Step Two: Your consultation with Dr. Hartung will be to discuss your health concerns and goals.
Step Three: Diagnostic, orthopedic, and neurological examination procedures will be performed to determine if our specialized services will help your condition. These tests will be performed personally by Dr. Hartung who specializes in these examinations.
Step Four: Dr. Hartung will advise you of the need of additional procedures such as laboratory and x-ray, or MRI tests, if necessary.
Step Five: Dr. Hartung will inform you as to your examination results and whether or not your case has been accepted. You will be given a Recommended Action Plan that outlines your diagnosis, recommendations for care, expectations for recovers, and home care protocols. At that time, when all your benefits have been verified by our specialist, you will also be advised concerning financial arrangements and insurance coverage.
Step Six: Treatments will begin and continue as scheduled until your condition has been fully corrected, or until maximum possible improvement has been obtained.
